Vincent Cotte is the founder and Director of the Commercial Division of Cotte Developments, represented by Royal LePage, Our Neighbourhood Realty. As a Paris native, he brings a strong background in hospitality and business to real estate. After moving to Canada in 1990, he quickly became a successful entrepreneur and later transitioned into real estate, focusing on hotels and land development.

Today, as the founder of Cotte Developments, Vincent is committed to helping clients grow their portfolios while mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals.
