Raised in Ancaster, ON, Matt discovered an early love for golf, great pubs, and real estate—passions that continue to shape his career today. He began working at GTA golf courses before transitioning into the food and beverage industry, where he successfully owned and operated a range of establishments. From lively Irish pubs and seafood restaurants to a CCMA award-winning country bar recognized as the “Best Country Bar in Canada,” Matt built a reputation for delivering outstanding hospitality and customer experiences.

Matt’s interest in real estate was strongly influenced by his father, a prominent figure in commercial land development across Southern Ontario in the 1980s and ’90s. His father’s wisdom—“real estate deals are like personalities; no two are the same”—continues to guide Matt’s approach, reminding him that every opportunity is unique. With more than 20 years of business expertise, relationship-building, and a dedication to excellence, Matt helps clients navigate real estate with confidence and clarity.

Outside of Royal LePage Our Neighbourhood Realty’s Evergreen Brickworks office in Toronto, Matt enjoys time with his family, hitting the links with friends, relaxing at his cottage, cheering on the Michigan Wolverines in Ann Arbor, and recharging by the ocean whenever he can.
